Yep, I'm Going For It

I've been feeling so much doubt lately. Doubting if I should really be a life coach. Doubting if my desire is truly from God or if am I being selfish. Doubting if I will ever master coaching to the level of those that I admire.

I've come to realize, that if I still have this intense level of burning passion for this career after 6 years of consciously wanting it, I'm meant to pursue it. I've wanted to be a life coach before I even knew that job even existed. I loved psychology but knew I didn't want to help people who were not functional to become functional. I wanted to help people go from functional to thriving.

I could study personal development all day long (and honestly... I already do). To help others apply the research I've learned as they also uncover their own personal truths sounds like a dream come true.

As I get back on this horse, I know there will be challenges. There'd be challenges in any career, so at least this is one worth going through. I aim to share how I'm applying the tools I've learned so you can do the same in your life. Most importantly, I want to normalize the journey people go through while chasing their dreams. If you feel discomfort, you're doing it right. Discomfort means you're growing, going all in, and doing something that's important to you. Your dreams are more than worth it.
